Delivery timeframe

• Standard delivery time: 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery charges

Within Dubai

• Orders below AED 200 — delivery fee: AED 15.
• Orders AED 200 and above — free delivery.
• Orders AED 350 and above — 15% discount.

Outside Dubai (within the UAE)

• For areas outside Dubai (within the UAE), delivery is AED 30.

Order processing

• All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order is out for delivery.

Important notes

• Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct when placing your order.
• If delivery is attempted and no one is available, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
