Refund & Return Policy

At VoguePets.ae, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Perishable goods (such as pet food, treats, etc.) are non-returnable, unless damaged or expired upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reachus@voguepets.ae

  • Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by us

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
